The team has finally confirmed dates for a second trip that will allow owners to experience the new playable regions on the other side.

Behold, the Otherside metaverse is opening up in two more weeks

Yuga Labs, the company behind BAYC NFT, recently announced a Second Trip to the Otherside on March 25th.

The Metaverse is accessible to anyone with a Voyager or Azardid plot. This time around, each owner can bring guests to explore a whole new region of The Otherside. More information on guest pass invitations will be announced in the coming weeks.

An official link will be provided for eligible owners to join the second trip, Yuga said. Voyagers who join the next session will receive a piece of the first travel obelisk, and each piece will be reflected in their other deeds.

There aren’t many details yet, but Second Trip will feature a new Bone region, one of the Wild biomes of the Otherside. Yuga also states that four team captains will join the army. Another blog will be published introducing the captains and their roles.

Future updates for the Otherside

As mentioned in a previous article, users will be able to play as NFTs in future releases. This feature is currently not available for second trips. However, the team will announce a solution for those who want to participate in NFT.

Besides, it includes a sandbox game. The team tested several in-game building tools. These can be useful for those who want to customize their space. Tech-savvy folks can create their own experiences using the Otherside SDK.

Starting in Q1 2023, players can expect a series of activations to introduce to other residents of The Other Side. Some experiences will occur in-game, while some will be in the form of playable site-based experiences.
