Now everyone can shop for tasty confectionery at Lindt USA’s metaverse store
Lindt USA, the US subsidiary of Swiss chocolatier Lindt, has partnered with virtual e-commerce platform ByondXR to launch a 3D virtual store. Launched on November 17th, this delightful outlet is Premium His chocolate brand’s first venture into the Metaverse.
As you enter the virtual store, you will be greeted by the avatar of Anne Chaja, one of the legendary Lindt master chocolatiers. She acts as your “in-store” guide, helping you seamlessly interact with brands and shop for gifts.
The Metaverse store has a variety of chocolates on display, just like a physical store. This includes Lindt chocolates, bars, boxes of truffles, and even a chocolate fountain in the middle of the virtual store.
Stop by the warm and cozy living room before you start shopping for treats. Earn shopping discounts by playing memory games. Customers can choose their favorite chocolates and add them to their cart before checking out on a separate page.
In addition, there is an educational spot called the Chocolate Lab, where visitors can learn more about the Lindt chocolate-making process. Coupled with cutting-edge technology, this Metaverse store is sure to provide an immersive experience for all chocolate lovers this holiday season.
