Sweat Hero, Sweatcoin’s first NFT game, has released an updated roadmap with detailed plans for launching open beta and play-to-earn (P2E) in 2023.
The game is currently in closed beta and 1,500 users have been invited to test it. An NFT step battle game where players battle each other to earn $SWEAT tokens. However, users will play against bots without $SWEAT earnings during the closed beta period. All testers will be rewarded with sweat goods and stablecoins after the test is over.
In Q2 2023, Sweat Hero will move into open beta, allowing everyone to try out the game and battle each other. Players can start earning $SWEAT by winning battles at this stage. If all goes well, Q2 marks the end of the beta phase.
Between Q2 and Q3, if a leg pair reaches level 5, users can upgrade their common leg to NFT. By doing so, you can also level up your NFTs to further improve their attributes.
Starting in Q3, the team will be introducing the Sweat Hero Arena. This is a virtual location that offers various earning possibilities that allow players to earn more $SWEAT. A matchmaking algorithm will be released to ensure users are matched with opponents of similar skill.
In the final quarter, everyone will be competing in Sweat Hero’s first tournament called Legs Box Season. It is a competition where users can acquire new NFTs by winning a certain number of battles. A limited number of boxes will be available and may contain Common, Rare, or Epic NFTs.
Additionally, it introduces a new gameplay feature called Perfect Streaks. When activated, the player will see a special step with double her score, granting double virtual steps.
