The wallet not only has a more polished design, but also features some of the most popular Ronin apps in the dApp Explorer.
Sky Mavis is elevating the Ronin mobile experience for all Axie players
Earlier this week, Sky Mavis, creator of Axie Infinity, launched an upgraded version of the Ronin mobile wallet on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Notably, it has a more streamlined user interface that allows users to easily buy, sell and trade their game assets.
As the comparison below shows, Ronin Wallet now has a more elegant look and additional features. Not only can you deposit or transfer your assets, but you can also receive funds from other users by displaying your QR code. What’s more, all ERC-20 tokens (e.g. SLP, AXS) are now listed under “Funds”, while ERC-721 tokens (e.g. Axie, Rune) are listed next to it under “Collections”.
And that’s not all. This brand new wallet also has a dApp Explorer that allows users to deposit their AXS, exchange tokens on Katana, buy cryptocurrencies with fiat on Ronin, and buy Axies from mobile devices via App.Axie. dApp Aggregator was not available before, so having this feature will definitely help Axie players to hassle-free manage their assets.
The mobile wallet also offers hardware wallet support, so users can connect their Ledger Nano X to their Ronin Wallet App via Bluetooth. To do this, simply click on “Settings” and look for “Hardware Wallet” under the “General” tab.
According to Sky Mavis, the latest integration will allow players to “transact on the go with the added defense of a hardware wallet.” This is part of the company’s commitment to prioritizing user security in the Ronin ecosystem.
As Axie Infinity continues to find ways to retain users, the blockchain gaming studio has been rolling out new features, events and games like Mech Infinity under a dedicated builder program to attract more players.
