Sandbox’s LAND Bridge Cashback Program is Coming to an End

The Sandbox announces the end of its successful LAND Bridge Cashback Program. The effort distributed over 400,000 SAND to users and provided cashback for bridging his LAND from Ethereum to Polygon. Now is the last chance to bridge LAND to cashback eligibility.

After rewarding community members with over 400,000 SAND for a year, The Sandbox is ending the LAND Bridge Cashback Program. Originally developed to help LAND owners offset the cost of bridging from Ethereum to Polygon, the program rewarded users with 10 SAND for each LAND bridged. This announcement marks the final call for users to bridge her LAND and be eligible for cashback rewards.

How the Cashback Program Concludes

The termination of the cashback program is determined by one of two scenarios. Either when the allotted budget (equivalent to 15,000 SAND or 1,500 new bridged LAND) runs out, or when a certain date is reached (Wednesday, June 7). 5 p.m. UTC. Although the qualifying period has ended, users can rest assured that there is no deadline to claim cashback at this time, giving them some flexibility when it comes to taking advantage of the perks.
