Mastercard Introduces Free Music Pass NFTs as Part of Its Artist Accelerator Program

The Mastercard Artist Accelerator Program features five emerging artists learning how to grow their Web3 music brands. You can also experience exclusive content by claiming a free Music Pass NFT that allows you to try AI music tools.

Mastercard, a global payment processor, has announced the Artist Accelerator program. This will allow you to create a Music Pass NFT for free for the first 3 weeks from launch.

Announced on April 12, the program consists of five emerging artists the company has teamed up to teach how to grow your brand with Web3. In doing so, the company is getting the public into the mix, giving everyone access to a wide variety of exclusive Web3 content that can only be unlocked by those who claim a free Music Pass NFT. This content includes not only teaching materials, but also the opportunity to create your own soundtrack using the AI-powered music tool Web3.

Mastercard has partnered with Polygon on its accelerator Web3 program. To claim NFT, you must create a Mastercard Artist Accelerator account. This also means that the NFTs will be stored in his own blockchain custody wallet, with the option to transfer the pass to his MetaMask wallet set to be available in the future.
