Hell’s Kitchen Partners with The Sandbox and Brings Gordon Ramsay to Metaverse

Gordon Ramsay, the celebrity chef and owner of 12 Michelin-star restaurants, has collaborated with The Sandbox to bring Hell’s Kitchen to the Sandbox Metaverse. As a result, the Hell’s Kitchen show will have a special land in the metaverse where players can take the challenge of becoming the head chef by cooking delicious recipes.

Hell’s Kitchen is a popular American cooking competition reality show hosted by Ramsay. The partnership with Hell’s Kitchen aims to create a kitchen-themed experience in The Sandbox metaverse that has never happened before.

Chef Gordon Ramsay stepped into the world of blockchain through the launch of the NFT-focused cooking reality show Hell’s Kitchen on The Sandbox. Ramsay made this announcement on Twitter, featuring a video containing a digital version of himself and a virtual version of Hell’s Kitchen in the metaverse. 

Hell’s Kitchen is a TV reality show in which two teams of chefs compete for the job of head chef at a restaurant. The show is hosted by Chef Gordon Ramsay, who was also seen on MasterChef Australia. He is known for his dramatized anger towards the contestants.

The distributor of Hell’s Kitchen, ITV Studios has got its parcel of land in The Sandbox metaverse. The cooking-themed game will allow players to virtually create dishes, collect recipes, win competitions and join the race to become the next head chef. Players can buy limited-edition Gordon Ramsay avatars and other digital assets on the metaverse. They can also add their own experiences to the Hell’s Kitchen-themed assets.

The Sandbox Metaverse has become popular for celebrities and content creators to promote their products. Recently pro-skateboarder Tony Hawk launched a virtual skateboard park in The Sandbox metaverse. Similarly, rapper Snoop Dogg created his virtual metaverse known as Snoopverse. WMG or Warner Music Group also released a music-themed world in The Sandbox where artists like Ed Sheeran and many others performed.

The Sandbox offers virtual worlds and game experiences owned and created by players. The play-to-earn model allows players to own everything they collect in the game and also trade them. In addition, players can buy character NFTs, in-game items and win rewards by competing in contests hosted on the metaverse. By securing over 165 partnerships, The Sandbox is becoming an important place for promoting blockchain and Web3 products.
