Fief: Blood and Money, is offering a last chance to use up WOOD assets in exchange for guild specific in-game assets. The sale of wooden crates filled with valuables will be available on the Avalaunch platform for 7 days.
This will be the last chance for players to run out of WOOD and convert it to items that can be used in the main game. fief’s goal is to reduce the circulating supply of WOOD and move all assets from BSC to in-game inventory. There will be a fixed price of 50,000 WOOD for all crates on the market.
The only remaining token will be FIEF, which has not yet incorporated a price discovery mechanism. fief’s goal is to build a strong in-game community and guild-based economy, while leaving the token for later to develop its full potential.
Fief is also expanding its NFT universe, which makes the game’s lore even more complex. New types of items will be soul-bound tokens, a special type of NFT with deliberately blocked transfer abilities. Soul-bound NFTs are tied to a character and cannot be resold or de-crafted. The goal is to permanently attach the standard to a character as an identity or badge.
Fief held Avalaunch’s IDO in March, distributing WOOD tokens to multiple on-chain accounts. The game is expected to launch tokens with high performance potential, but instead focuses more on NFT projects and game development. The game also allows betting on FIEF in its Ether-based version with the aim of earning more valuable assets and an in-game advantage.
