The sandbox MMORPG Ember Sword is kicking off another contest for the creation of the game’s sword. Until September 8, players can craft swords and compete on their features.
Currently, Sword of Ember is placing extra emphasis on its digital lands, so the reward will be a meta land episode. Previously, Sword of Ember held a character skin and gear contest in August.
Ember Sword is one of the promising games still in its early stages that is gearing up for mass adoption. Recently, the game hinted at building its account system. Even Web3 games are trying to provide a form of account registration to monitor their usage and meet transparency requirements.

Ember Sword has released a number of digital assets, attracting dozens of users per day to interact with some of its smart contracts. ember Sword uses Polygon for its existing assets, of which LAND is the most active token. During the pre-sale phase of the game, players have already claimed 3,425 tokens, representing meta-ancient plots.
Ember Sword Reaches Migration Deadline
Ember Sword intends to migrate its assets to Immutable X, a second tier solution that extends Ethereum. the September 1 deadline is here, but the pages available for migration are not yet functional.

For the first players to migrate, there is a reward pool of 20K IMX tokens, capped at 150 IMX per person. each asset migrated will be rewarded with one IMX token. Players will still need some MATIC for transactions originating from the Polygon network.
For now, Sword of Ember is still in the pre-release phase, mainly releasing teasers about upcoming art or architecture or other game elements. The game community is calling for a faster release process, as Ember Sword Land has to compete with the Web3 games that are already playable.
