Drunk Robots Releases New Equipment Containers

Equipment containers cost 2500 $METAL and randomly drop 1 of 9 different items of varying rarity. Each robot has a different container, and players can choose to reroll the drop using $METAL if they don’t want to open it and receive the item they’ve earned. The first reroll will cost him 100$ METAL, after which the price will increase with each reroll.

The Drunk Robots team has announced the release of new equipment containers for titles you can play and earn.

These new containers are implemented “on the blockchain through smart contracts” for the time being. They can be found in the shop section of your dashboard and purchased using $METAL stored in your MetaMask wallet. In this case, tokens from the dashboard cannot be used for purchases and rerolls.

Each robot has two different containers, each with a different outfit. The container costs 2500$ METAL and when opened he will randomly drop 1 out of 9 equipment items. 5 of them are common, 2 are rare, and 2 are epic rare. The container he changes every 15 days. This means that older containers will no longer be available for purchase, but if you own the container, you can still open it if you have one in your inventory.

When opening a container, you must decide whether to take the items given or reroll before purchasing another container. You can reroll as many times as you like, giving you the chance to get another rare item from the container you purchased. There is no limit to the number of times you can reroll, but not all rerolls cost the same. Each time you choose to reroll, the price increases by a certain amount based on how many times you have already rerolled. The first is 100 $METAL, the fifth is 500 $METAL, and so on.
