All about Cryptoblades’ Octoblades event
Play-to-earn RPG Cryptoblades has kicked off the month-long Octoblades event in style. With 6x rewards and 2x experience gain, the game is now the #1 BNB game on Dapp.com for the entire week.
This time, the exciting event offers Cryptoblades loyalists a host of new games, features, money-making mechanics and fee discounts. First on the list is Village Builder, a mini-game that allows players to earn $KING as well as exclusive prizes by betting on lands, $KING, $SKILL and CryptoBlades characters and weapons.
In addition to this, 2nd generation NFT characters are now live in all seven Cryptoblades chains. Generation 1 NFT characters are no longer castable and can only be purchased through the Bazaar Marketplace.
According to the team, Gen 2 characters have the same functionality as Gen 1 characters. Players can use them for combat, PvP, raids, squares, garrisons, and missions. However, the Gen 2 avatars are more elaborate and produce “unclaimed VALOR” instead of “unclaimed SKILL”. Users are free to trade $VALOR for $KING or $SKILL and bet the tokens on the BNB chain.
Now, here’s the juicy part. Those playing on the BNB chain will enjoy 6x rewards throughout the month of October. These increased rewards are not available on other chains, such as SKALE, AVAX, etc.
On top of that, players will receive 2x in-game XP during the event. this will make it easier for them to level up their characters quickly and increase their $SKILL/$VALOR payouts in PvP battles. Most importantly, all NFT characters will be profitable, including newly created ones. The entire month’s raid cost will be virtually free.
