The ClashDome team introduced the apartment customization feature to their play-to-earn arcade game platform.
The apartment represents the home of a player’s customizable Citizen NFT, a character that unlocks various features such as crafting NFTs while allowing players to play various free tiers of casual games with zero entry fee, earning one of the platform’s tokens $LUDIO for each win. players can decorate their apartment with a variety of different items, which can be purchased on the secondary market and can be found in the weekly sales in the platform’s official store. The items in the weekly sales will be “in most cases quite limited and exclusive”. Those that end up being more common will likely be made.
Decorations can also be obtained through weekly challenges – contests with various prizes. While the best players will get most of the rewards, that doesn’t mean there won’t be times when items will be handed out to everyone just by participating in the weekly contests. In addition to the weekly challenges, there will be social media events where exclusive items will be handed out.
There are 4 different types of decorations: decorations, decorative features, cosmetic accessories and player trinkets. The former represents items that can be placed in the apartment, while the latter makes it possible to change things like the color of the floor. Cosmetic accessories are for citizen NFTs, while player trinkets can be placed in the apartment and unlock “assistant features” that may prove useful when playing a particular game.
